In game three of the World Series on Monday, the Los Angeles Dodgers defeated the New York Yankees by a score of four to two.
The Dodgers now lead the series three games to zero as they will look for the sweep in game four on Tuesday.
Although the Dodgers hold a commanding lead in the series, their Manager Dave Roberts revealed what his team must do to close out the series.
“I just think that we got to stay focused, stay urgent,” Roberts said.

The Dodgers’ pitching staff has held the Yankees’ dangerous offense in check thus far in the series as they have only allowed seven runs combined through three games.
With the three-game lead, Roberts appears to want his team to stay on the attack as the momentum in baseball can change quickly.
Game four and game five, if necessary, will take place at Yankee Stadium, with games six and seven, moving back to Los Angeles.
The Dodgers are seeking their first World Series title since 2020, and their first sweep in the World Series since 1963.
It appears the Dodgers will turn to a bullpen game for game four and the Yankees will look to Luis Gil to try and avoid the sweep.
Coming back from a three games to zero deficit is extremely difficult, but not impossible.
The Dodgers will look to avoid extending the series any further as they seek their eighth World Series title in franchise history.
Roberts is seeking his second World Series title as Manager of the Dodgers.
