The Los Angeles Dodgers have been one of the best teams in all of Major League Baseball over the last few years.

With two World Series titles in the last five seasons, and winning the title in 2024, the Dodgers will look to win their first back-to-back titles in franchise history.

After winning the title last season, the Dodgers came into the offseason and improved their roster even more by adding starting pitcher Blake Snell, starting pitcher Roki Sasaki, and relief pitcher Tanner Scott.

MLB Analyst Tom Verducci made a big statement about how good this Dodgers’ pitching staff is going to be in 2025.

“It’s the best stuff I’ve ever seen assembled from a staff,” Verducci said via MLB Network on ‘X.’

Sasaki is the newest member of the Dodgers pitching staff, and he joins Shohei Ohtani, Yoshinobu Yamamoto, Tyler Glasnow, and Blake Snell.

Even though Sasaki hasn’t thrown a pitch yet in the MLB, he is expected to have electric stuff.

In 2024 with his overseas team, Sasaki appeared in 18 games where he held a record of 10-5 with a 2.35 ERA and 129 strikeouts in 111.0 innings pitched.

Verducci mentions that the Dodgers staff in 2025 could break the record for the lowest batting average against in MLB history.

Not only is the starting rotation elite, but the bullpen is also elite with the addition of closer Scott, who is arguably one of the best closers in the game.

If the Dodgers can stay healthy next season, it is hard to see them losing in the postseason.
