The Milwaukee Brewers won the NL Central for the second year in a row in 2024 after finishing with a record of 93-69.

Although they were able to take the NL Central with ease, the Brewers were bounced from the postseason in the wild-card round by the New York Mets.

Now that the season has concluded, all eyes turn toward free agency to see where some of the big-name players end up.

Brewers shortstop Willy Adames will test the free agent waters this offseason and appears to be willing to make a change of position, according to Jon Morosi, via MLB Network.

Adames may be willing to move to second base after putting up impressive offensive numbers in 2024.

He batted .251 with 32 home runs, 112 RBIs and a .794 OPS.

If Adames is willing to change positions, it appears he has some teams in mind that already have a shortstop on their roster.

Morosi appears to believe there also are plenty of teams that would be a great fit for Adames that would allow him to stay at shortstop.

He named teams such as the Los Angeles Dodgers, Boston Red Sox, San Francisco Giants and Atlanta Braves.

It will be interesting to watch this situation unfold and see where Adames ends up playing next season and whether or not he stays at shortstop or moves to a different position.
